Title: Principal Recruiter

Since April 2025, I’ve been with Industrial Electric Manufacturing (IEM), where I lead Corporate and IT Recruitment. I partner directly with executive leadership and hiring managers to build teams across IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Administrative functions — with a particularly strong focus on technology hiring as the company continues to scale.

I bring more than 30 years of recruiting experience across a wide range of industries including technology, manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, healthcare, and insurance. Throughout my career, I’ve supported both national and international hiring efforts, recruiting in more than seven countries and working with organizations such as Microsoft, 3M, Honeywell Aerospace, Cargill, and major healthcare systems. Over the past year, I also earned my SPHR certification, which strengthened my strategic HR and talent leadership approach during a very competitive job market.

One of the things I’m most passionate about is how recruiting continues to evolve. Today, that means leveraging AI, improving candidate experience, and building authentic partnerships with hiring leaders. The professionals who stand out are those who stay curious, adaptable, accountable, and genuinely human in how they connect with people.
