Her experience in human resources ultimately led her to identify a larger problem in the hiring industry. Rather than simply accepting the problem, Puma decided to build a solution.

In 2025, she founded WorkSource Global, Inc., an online job marketplace designed to create greater trust and accuracy in hiring. As a self-taught technology founder, she learned to build with artificial intelligence and modern development tools, transforming the concept into a working platform and launching WorkSource in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2026.

WorkSource verifies key information from employers and job seekers and matches candidates to opportunities based on actual qualifications and fit. Puma currently leads the company’s product development, growth, partnerships, fundraising, and market expansion. Puma also leads First Class Management, where she works with business owners and teams to identify opportunities to use artificial intelligence and improved workflows to increase productivity and reduce unnecessary manual work. Her consulting focuses on helping organizations understand how to use AI as practical leverage, not simply as a novelty, and how individuals can expand their capabilities by working more effectively with emerging technology.

Her professional journey reflects a consistent focus on identifying inefficient systems and building better ones. Today, she is focused on growing WorkSource into a new infrastructure for online hiring while helping professionals and organizations understand how artificial intelligence can help them learn faster, work smarter, expand their capabilities, and solve real business problems.
